New York, NY - June 1, 2004: Jeanette Jaffe-Longoria, mother of seven, grandmother of thirteen
and great-grandmother of two has written her first book about sensuality, life, romance, love and
yes! even sexuality, for all women, but especially, for women over sixty. Entitled Aphrodite & Me her
advice and youthful philosophy in the areas of romance, relationships, and sex are the makings of
this astounding book. At 77 years ‘young’ Jeanette is delighting in the company of men and dating
again (after losing her second husband) and still lives by her own rules. She is truly the modern
Aphrodite.
FENDI New York is hosting Jeanette’s book-signing at the luxurious boutique in New York on the
17th of June with a champagne celebration commencing at 6:30pm. They believe that the book is
an inspiration and is something that all women will want to read. Jeanette’s friends such as Mary

write the book as they, too, have been inspired by this amazing, charming and exuberant woman.

Jeanette had two wonderful, loving marriages: the first to Morris Jaffe with whom she had six
children in San Antonio, Texas, and the second to Octaviano “Chito” Longoria in Mexico City, with
whom she had a daughter. Throughout both marriages, her love of entertaining connected her to
society worldwide, and her good friends include, Royalty, Heads of State, Ambassadors, Writers,
Entertainers, and International Dignitaries. Her children and grandchildren live all over the world
and she keeps in touch with them daily by cell phone and email

Indonesia, India, as well as form Texas and California. Jeanette was named the Honorary Consul to
the Kingdom of Morocco for Mexico City and San Antonio by King Hassam II himself! Fendi is so
